This great phase Marenna’s career is the result of hard. quality, intense and focused work. They were finalists in the Summer Breeze New Blood contest, where they were one of the 10 selected by the curators of the Summer Breeze Brasil festival, to be held in the capital, São Paulo, on April 29th and 30th.

“Voyager”, released by the Danish record label, Lions Pride Music and in Brazil in partnership with Classic Metal Records and Heavy Metal Rock, has been receiving countless praises and indications as one of the best albums released in last year by several journalists and press vehicles specialized in Rock and Metal worldwide. The renowned Japanese magazine Burrn!, for example, placed “Voyager” as the 28th position in highest sales of imported CDs in the country.

Nowadays, MARENNA‘s sound overflows with energy and identity, and on stage, the new and more mature phase that the band has been developing in the last years, shows well, bringing the melodic hard rock from the 80’s and a well balanced mix of heavy elements of Heavy Metal.
