Demoted este un proiect de old school death metal fondat de Filip Garlonta ce a debutat in Octombrie 2020 cu un demo intitulat ”Back To The Grave” ,

Pe 6 Ianuarie 2021 , Demoted lanseaza primul album intitulat Envenomed Redemption la Hostile Records (Malaysia) , ce contine 11 melodii dintre care un intro , un outro , reinregistrarea melodiilor de pe “Back To The Grave” si un cover al formatiei din Marea Britanie , Cancer , cu o durata de aproximativ 30 de minute .
Stilul abordat de Demoted este unul clasic , specific curentului de death metal al aniilor 90 .
Influente majore in ce priveste sunetul albumului sunt formatiile Obituary , Cancer , Darkthrone (Soulside Journey era) , Bolt Thrower , Wombbath , Morta Skuld si Broken Hope .

Artwork-ul albumului este realizat de Jan Pysander Whitney , un artist suedez ce a realizat artwork-uri pentru formatii precum Abigail , Aske , Drowning The Light , Halphas si Mephorash
